Celebrate the Language of Diversity With Us
We’re delighted that Erasmus+ Schools Week is back for 2021. From 22 to 26 November, we’ll be celebrating all primary and post-primary schools involved in Erasmus+ by exploring how European programmes can benefit students, teachers and schools; and focusing on this year’s theme, the Language of Diversity.
Our Schools Week video competition is open to any school based in Ireland that is involved in Erasmus+. Make a two-minute video about what the language of diversity means to your school, to be in with a chance of winning prizes worth up to €2,000 and a special plaque. Enter through our website by 4pm on Thursday 18 November.
At 3.30pm on Thursday 25 November we’ll host an online workshop from Dr. Patricia Kieran of Mary Immaculate College on the theme of language around religious and belief diversity in Irish schools. This will lead into a roundtable discussion with guest speakers sharing their experiences of how Erasmus+ school projects celebrate diversity. This is open to everyone involved in the school sector – you don’t need to have had an Erasmus+ project to take part. Register now on Eventbrite.
We’d also love to hear how your school has used Erasmus+. Share your stories on social media using #EPlusSchools2021, to inform and inspire others.
