This event brings together youth organisations from program countries and southern Mediterranean countries to enhance competencies and foster initiatives that empower and support young women. Participants will have the opportunity to explore good practices in Morocco through interactive discussions, dialogue and study visits, including visits to two or three organisations dedicated to supporting women.

The study visit will feature practical sessions, where participants can discover new methods, as well as interactive discussions to share experiences, exchange ideas, and explore different approaches to implementing projects for women.

Objectives of the study visit

• Exploring and exchanging good practices for empowering and engaging women
• Exploring different examples of youth workers engaging with young women with fewer opportunities
• Explore how different organisations empower young women by enhancing their visibility and equipping them with essential skills across different spaces
• Encouraging organisations supporting women in Erasmus+ Youth opportunities, such as Youth Exchanges and Youth Participation Projects.
• Building partnerships for future initiatives and fostering international cooperation to enhance women’s support networks.
