This Capacity building event is designed to transform cross-European Adult Education by uniting a diverse group of adult educators. Participants will have the opportunity to collaborate in shaping a personalised adult learner mobility project tailored to their organisations, while also establishing valuable connections with potential partners from various European countries.

It is addressed to adult educators involved or interest in Adult Education Mobility to participate in an in-person seminar and capacity-building event. This opportunity is particularly designed for organisations that work with adult learners from at-risk communities or vulnerable groups who require access to further educational opportunities.

Main objectives:

• Meet and learn about each others work in a national context
• Creating potential partnerships for hosting adult learner mobility
• Supporting and sharing best practice
• Reflecting on potential benefits and challenges of organising adult learner mobilities
• Learn about how to implement quality learner mobility projects in line with Erasmus+ Quality Standards
• Gaining knowledge from experts in the field

The event will provide an opportunity to learn about how to implement quality learner mobility projects in line with Erasmus+ Quality Standards and encouraging discussion on the benefits and challenges of adult learner mobility.
