This seminar focuses on bridging the gap between the education sector and industry by examining the collaboration between higher education (levels 5 and 6), vocational education and training (VET), and the labour market. It aims to align the skills of graduates with the needs of employers by fostering partnerships between VET providers, universities, and industry representatives.

The event will also explore the role of the Erasmus+ programme in addressing the skills mismatch, highlighting the importance of adapting curricula to rapidly changing technological and market demands. Participants will discuss innovative strategies for curriculum design and the need for continuous collaboration between educators and employers to create a workforce equipped for modern economic challenges.
